Adult Individual Counselling Session (18+)
Individual counselling sessions are 50 minutes in length and offered in-person and virtually. Clinical approaches or modalities offered are unique to each individual's needs and is discussed in the initial in-take assessment.

Teen Individual Counselling Session(15-17 years)
Individual student counselling sessions are 50 minutes in length and offered both in-person and virtually. Services are offered to individuals 15-17years old. Clinical approaches or modalities offered are unique to each individual's needs and is discussed in the initial in-take assessment.
